The Power of Lifestyle Change in Endometriosis: An Introduction

Event Details:

Endometriosis is a complex, chronic hormonal and immune system disease that affects millions of women worldwide. Its origins are poorly understood, and it affects women in a multitude of ways. It can cause debilitating symptoms in some, affecting daily functioning, and in others, it's diagnosed only when people are facing infertility. Although standard medical treatment exists and is very important, it is often not as effective as people hope.

As a survivor and "thriver" with endometriosis (please read my story here), I am pleased to offer this introductory class to educate others on how simple lifestyle changes can help improve endometriosis and make a world of difference in your everyday life, or in that of your loved one. These basic lifestyle changes are applicable to other women's health conditions such as fibroids, ovarian cysts and PCOS. They also power up good health in general!
